It was just an appropriate option for a brief visit in Muscat with reasonable value. The check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff were friendly and helpful once I got settled.

The friendly staff at Citadines added to the charm, making my stay smooth and enjoyable, while the rooftop pool offered a serene escape when I needed to chill out.

Location is ideal, just 15 minutes from the airport. The sound from outside can be heard, a bit annoying.

citadines was a fantastic choice! the hotel is located in a quiet area, just 15 minutes away from the airport and near many attractions. our deluxe studio was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view. the pool was a highlight, perfect for unwinding. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay longer next visit!

During our family trip, we had a great time relaxing at this hotel. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Our studio was clean and spacious, giving us a comfortable place to return to each evening. The staff was incredibly accommodating, helping us feel right at home.

The Deluxe Twin Room had impressively comfortable beds.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking basic utensils like teaspoons.

Our eight-night stay was exceptional! The spacious Studio Deluxe provided a comfortable retreat. I loved the onsite dining, especially the breakfast buffet that catered to every taste. Don't forget to ask for extra kitchen utensils if you plan to cook. The area, though different at first, felt like a safe local neighborhood after a day of exploration.
